Broadway

4225 Broadway is a seven-floor, 100% affordable supportive residential housing development for the formerly homeless. The first floor is a concrete, Type IA podium containing supportive services (including offices for supportive case workers), the building manager’s unit, community spaces, and mechanical / back of house uses. The additional 6 floors above the podium contain 87 modern, modular, residential studio units. In addition to a variety of interior community spaces, outdoor open space is included in three main areas: at ground level adjacent to the main interior community space, a courtyard on level 2, and a seventh-floor roof deck.
